1) Which WAC Endurance fixtures does the PC-120 photocell work with?
The PC-120 is the optional photo sensor for WAC Lighting's Endurance line, and it fits any Endurance Fin, Hawk, or Flood/Security light. It is not a universal photocell for other manufacturers' wall packs.
2) What voltage does the WAC PC-120 photo sensor run on?
120V only, and it is a hardwired device, not a plug-in. If the fixture circuit in your building is 277V, this sensor is the wrong part for it.
3) Can the Endurance photocell be mounted outdoors in the weather?
Yes. It carries a Wet location rating with ETL and cETL listings and an IP66 seal, so exposed exterior walls, parking structures, and loading docks are all in scope. It is rated for indoor or outdoor use.
4) At what light level does the WAC PC-120 turn the fixture on?
Switching happens in the 8 to 15 foot candle band: the fixture comes on at dusk as ambient light drops into that range and shuts off by day. A 30 second anti-interference delay keeps passing headlights or a lightning flash from cycling the light.
5) What finishes does the Endurance PC-120 photo sensor come in, and will it match my wall packs?
Four finishes are offered so the sensor blends with the fixture it serves: Black (PC-120-BK), Bronze (PC-120-BZ), Graphite (PC-120-GY), and White (PC-120-WT). For a multi-building property, order the sensor in the same finish you specified on the Endurance housings.
6) Does adding the WAC photocell help with Title 24 or energy code paperwork?
The Endurance PC-120 is listed as Title 24 compliant, CEC listed, Energy Star, and Dark Sky. For California jobs and for municipalities with light trespass ordinances, those are the four line items a plan checker usually asks about on exterior lighting controls.
7) Do I need a separate timeclock or contactor if I use this photocell?
No. The PC-120 does the switching itself, off automatically by day and on by night, and it wires to the fixture with the instructions supplied in the carton. It is a dusk-to-dawn control, so if you also want a late-night dimming or shutoff step you would need a separate control layer for that.
8) Is the WAC Endurance photo sensor metal or plastic?
Die cast aluminum, the same housing material family as the Endurance fixtures themselves. That matters on coastal and high-traffic exterior installs where a molded plastic photocell head chalks and cracks.
9) Does the PC-120 come with a bulb or light source?
No light source is included. The PC-120 is a control accessory only, zero bulbs, and it has to be paired with an Endurance Fin, Hawk, or Flood/Security fixture to do anything.
