2) Will the JBXLE connector fit H track or L track?
No. It is built for the WAC J Track system only, which is a three-circuit J-style track profile. H-series and L-series track use different contact geometry, so a J connector will not seat or make contact in them. Match the connector to the track series already on the ceiling before ordering.
3) Can I use this WAC track connector in a covered exterior walkway or a bathroom over a shower?
No. The JBXLE carries a Dry location rating and is listed for interior use only. Damp or wet areas, including covered exterior soffits and shower zones, need a component rated for those conditions. Indoors on a dry ceiling it is UL and cUL listed.
4) How much room do I need at the end of the track for this live end feed?
Allow for a body measuring 6.25 x 1.39 x 1.25 inches, with the 1.25 inch dimension being the height off the track. It is a compact end cap sized fitting, so a few inches of clearance past the last track section is enough, but the BX whip coming into it needs its own bend radius.
