1) Will the WAC HTK-763 track head fit my existing track, or do I need a specific type?
The HTK-763 is an H-track fixture, so it mounts on H-style (three-circuit H) track only. It will not seat in J or L track systems. It runs on 120V line voltage, so no transformer or low voltage track is involved.
2) What bulb does the WAC HTK-763 track head take, and does it come with one?
It takes a single PAR20 lamp, incandescent or LED, up to 50 watts. No lamp is included, so budget a bulb per head when you order. Total fixture wattage is 50W, which is what you use when you add up the load on a track run.
3) Can I use the WAC HTK-763 track head in a bathroom, covered patio, or kitchen over a range?
No. The HTK-763 is rated for dry interior locations only. Keep it out of bathrooms with shower exposure, covered exterior soffits, and any damp or wet area. For those spots you need a damp or wet rated fixture instead.
4) Does the HTK-763 track head meet California Title 24 or Energy Star requirements?
