Yes. The HHT-826LED is built as an H track fixture, so it mounts to H-system (Halo-compatible) three-circuit track. It will not seat in J or L series track; those use a different adapter geometry, so match the head to the track system already in the ceiling before ordering.
2) Does the HHT-826LED track head need a separate low voltage transformer?
No. It is a low voltage head with the transformer built into the fixture, so it runs directly off a standard 120V track circuit. No remote transformer or separate feed is required.

No. This head is rated for dry indoor locations only, so keep it out of damp or wet areas such as covered exteriors, open porches, or directly over a tub or shower. Specify a damp or wet listed head for those spots.
